In Step 2 of the Quick Start Guide, you'll choose the data you receive. There are a lot of different options here and it might seem a little overwhelming, but we'll walk you through each field and option one by one.
Delivery Frequency
Delivery frequency determines how often Traffic2Leads will push the data to you. The default is to send new leads every five minutes. That means that every five minutes, we're going to deliver any new leads that have been identified to you.
The other options include:
• Every 15 minutes
• Every 30 minutes
• Hourly
• Daily.
If you are receiving your leads and processing them manually, you might want them delivered daily so you aren't bombarded by all the leads that come in.
You should also consider delaying delivery if you're using any filters.
For instance, if you want to exclude people that visit particular pages, (e.g., a checkout page or an order confirmation page) if you set delivery every five minutes, that might not leave enough time for them to actually hit that page and be excluded.
Page Filters
This option when selected, allows you to specify one or more URLs or partial that a visitor must visit in order for Traffic2Leads to deliver the lead. For example, if you only want leads who have visited your services page. You might add a page filter for /services/.
Negative Page Filters
If you want to exclude visitors that visit particular pages, you can do that here by selecting Exclude Visitors Who Visit Specific Pages. For example, if you don't want to be charged for leads that submitted a form on your website, you could add the URL or partial URL of the confirmation page or pages that they are redirected to after successfully submitting a form.
